Job Description:
Manage the micro-finance operations at the client level:
To survey new villages and submit village mapping form to Branch Manager
To conduct open general meeting with the help of Aaganwadi’s worker and Pradhan and tell them about policies and vision of company's rural credit program
To Identify target borrowers and to form groups and centers
To conduct CGT (Compulsory Group Training) and to ensure that each member has clearly understood company's credit policies
Fill in loan applications and make recommendations to Branch Manager.
Document and report client feedback regarding the lending process.
Maintain client level portfolio quality and control:
To ensure full, on time loan repayments at the center.
Complete client level CDS.
Immediate updation of collection in LMS
Conduct loan utilization checks on regular intervals.
Follow up loans in arrears.
Prepare regular status reports and submit them to the Branch Manager.
Participate as an active member of the overall branch team:
Attend weekly staff meetings.
Participate in quarterly and annual branch planning workshops.
Provide back-up support to other team members as needed.
Assist in the recruitment and training activities of new recruits held at the branch.
Posting Locations: South Bengal – within 50 km of native/home district
(Hooghly, Howrah, Purba & Paschim Midnapore, Purba & Paschim Burdwan, Nadia,
Murshidabad, Birbhum)
Eligibility:
● Qualification: Minimum HS (12th) Pass
● Experience: Fresher / Candidates with MFI or NBFC experience only
● Age Limit: 18 to 27 years
Compensation & Benefits:
● CTC for Freshers: ₹2.28 – ₹2.47 LPA
● Take-Home: ₹11,890/- per month
● Fuel Allowance: ₹3,500/-
● Incentives: Average ₹4,000 – ₹5,000/month
