Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

At Xperteez Technology Pvt. Ltd., we strive to deliver high-quality digital services such as resume drafting, cover letter writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, and career coaching. As our services are personalized and delivered digitally, we maintain a strict refund and cancellation policy to ensure fairness and transparency.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only if requested within 3 days of placing an order or making payment.

  • After 3 days, payments become non-refundable, regardless of the stage of service completion.

  • Refunds, when approved, will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment gateway or bank.

3. Cancellations

  • Cancellations are not permitted once work has commenced on your resume, cover letter, LinkedIn profile, or other deliverables.

  • If a cancellation request is received before any work has started, you may be eligible for a refund under Section 2 above.

4. Non-Refundable Services

  • Resumes, documents, and related information are retained for a maximum of 6 months from the date of service delivery.

  • After this period, your data is securely deleted from our systems.

5. Placement Services

  • Placement and interview scheduling support are provided as a no-cost service for job seekers.

  • As this service is free of charge, no refunds or cancellations apply.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted outside the above conditions only if:

  • A duplicate payment was made due to a technical error, or

  • The Company was unable to deliver the Service purchased.
