Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

At Xperteez Technology Pvt. Ltd., we strive to deliver high-quality digital services such as resume drafting, cover letter writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, and career coaching. As our services are personalized and delivered digitally, we maintain a strict refund and cancellation policy to ensure fairness and transparency.

2. Refunds

Refunds are applicable only if requested within 3 days of placing an order or making payment.
After 3 days, payments become non-refundable, regardless of the stage of service completion.
Refunds, when approved, will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment gateway or bank.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations are not permitted once work has commenced on your resume, cover letter, LinkedIn profile, or other deliverables.
If a cancellation request is received before any work has started, you may be eligible for a refund under Section 2 above.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Resumes, documents, and related information are retained for a maximum of 6 months from the date of service delivery.
After this period, your data is securely deleted from our systems.

5. Placement Services

Placement and interview scheduling support are provided as a no-cost service for job seekers.
As this service is free of charge, no refunds or cancellations apply.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted outside the above conditions only if:

A duplicate payment was made due to a technical error, or
The Company was unable to deliver the Service purchased.
