About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Analyst with deep expertise in Telecom OSS (Operational Support Systems) and end-to-end fulfillment processes. You will act as the critical link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the seamless design, implementation, and optimization of service fulfillment workflows. Your role will be pivotal in translating business requirements into technical specifications, enabling efficient order-to-activation journeys for telecom services.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and map end-to-end Telco Fulfillment Journeys (e.g., broadband, mobile, enterprise services) from order capture through provisioning and activation.

• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on OSS platforms (such as Netcracker, Amdocs CES, Ericsson, Oracle) and their configuration for fulfillment processes.

• Design and validate data workflows, integration patterns, and business rules to ensure accurate and automated order processing.

• Develop detailed functional and technical specifications for system enhancements, integrations, and new feature implementations.

• Utilize SQL extensively for data analysis, validation, issue debugging, and reporting within OSS/BSS environments.

• Work with XML schemas and definitions for system-to-system data exchanges and API integrations.

• Collaborate with development teams on the use of job orchestration tools (like Control-M, ActiveBatch) to automate fulfillment tasks and sequences.

• Troubleshoot and resolve fulfillment failures, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.

• Engage with business users to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and provide training on new system functionalities.

• Ensure solutions align with industry standards such as TMF (TM Forum) eTOM and SID frameworks.

  
  

  Qualifications & Skills

  Essential:

• 7-10 years of proven experience as a Techno-Functional Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role within the Telecommunications industry.

• Strong hands-on experience with OSS platforms (Netcracker, Amdocs CES/Cramer, Ericsson Order Care, Oracle Communications, etc.).

• In-depth knowledge of the Telecom Service Fulfillment lifecycle (Order Decomposition, Provisioning, Activation, Inventory).

• Solid understanding of data workflows, validation logic, and enterprise integration patterns (ESB, SOA, APIs).

• Proficiency in SQL for data querying, analysis, and problem-solving.

• Practical experience with XML and related technologies (XSD, XPath) for system integration.

• Exposure to job scheduling/orchestration tools such as BMC Control-M, Cisco NSO, or similar.

• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

  Desirable:

• Familiarity with BSS (Business Support Systems) and CRM interactions.

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools in a telecom context.

• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, SOAPUI) and basic scripting.
