CARS24 is hiring for Technical Retail Associate at Varanasi

(Fixed Salary + Incentives* & applicable Statutory Benefits)

What will you drive?

• Car Expertise: Utilise your thorough understanding of car makes, models, and mechanics to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.

• Vehicle Inspection and Valuation: Assess vehicle conditions to provide accurate valuations and identify any issues during inspections.

• Customer Engagement: Reach out to customers, present compelling selling propositions, and convince them to sell their vehicles at Cars24 quotes.

• Dealer Onboarding: Recruit new car dealers to join the Cars24 platform and manage relationships with existing dealerships.

• Mobile Specialist: Travelling as needed for customer meetings, dealer engagements, and inspections, providing hands-on support across different areas.

• Travel: Occasionally travel for customer and dealer meetings, as well as for vehicle inspections, using your own two-wheeler for convenience.

Who are we looking for?

• We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable individual with experience in automotive retail or vehicle inspection.

• The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of car makes, models, and mechanics, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• You must have a valid 4-wheeler driving licence and be proficient in driving both automatic and manual cars.

• Additionally, owning a two-wheeler for travel is required. If you are detail-oriented, results-driven, and eager to drive growth in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Any Graduate with good communication & negotiation skills

• Experience: 1-4 years in Sales / Auto / Customer Service

• Willingness to work 6 days a week (1 weekday off)

• Punctual, target-oriented, and ready to hustle
