Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Supply Chain Management Consultants with deep expertise in one or more supply chain sub-domains: Planning, Sourcing & Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing & Transport Management, including Inventory Management. You will work as a subject matter expert and change agent, helping our manufacturing clients solve complex business challenges, optimize their supply chain operations, and implement transformative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Consulting & Advisory

- Analyze client supply chain operations across specific sub-domains

- Identify gaps and design improvement strategies

- Lead stakeholder workshops and presentations

2. Domain-Specific Delivery

- Planning: Implement demand/supply planning, S&OP, inventory optimization

- Sourcing: Develop strategic sourcing, category management, cost reduction

- Logistics/Warehousing: Optimize distribution networks, warehouse operations, transport management

- Inventory: Design inventory strategies and implement WMS solutions

3. Project Implementation

- Lead solution deployment and system configurations (SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, etc.)

- Develop functional specifications and training materials

- Ensure timely delivery and quality assurance

4. Business Development

- Support proposals and solution design

- Participate in client pitches

- Contribute to thought leadership
