Job Description

We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager – Firewall Solutions to manage and oversee firewall services, ensuring reliable network security solutions for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have expertise in network firewalls, including Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, and Fortinet, and will coordinate service delivery, implementation, and support activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee firewall deployments and configurations across enterprise networks

• Serve as the primary point of contact for firewall solution delivery and support

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure firewall policies and security standards are implemented

• Monitor service performance, identify gaps, and recommend improvements

• Lead incident management and resolution for firewall-related issues

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for seamless service delivery

• Ensure compliance with organizational and industry network security standards

• Prepare reports and documentation on firewall performance, incidents, and upgrades

  
  

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with network firewalls: Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Fortinet

• Knowledge of network security architecture and best practices

• Experience in service delivery management for IT/Networking services

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
