Position : Senior SAP Data Migration Consultant (Syniti ADMM Expert)

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 5-8 Years

Budget: Up to 18 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead data migration activities for SAP implementations using Syniti ADMM, covering data analysis, conversion, harmonization, and reporting.

• Perform business analysis and requirement gathering for SAP modules: FI, CO, MM, SD, PM, PP, or PS.

• Drive communication with client SMEs, business process experts, and onsite teams.

• Develop and maintain Data Migration Plan, Integration Plan, and Cutover Plan.

• Execute end-to-end data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

• Ensure documentation compliance and maintain JIRA hygiene throughout project lifecycle.

• Utilize SQL for data querying, validation, and troubleshooting within relational databases.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of SAP Techno-Functional or Functional experience with at least 3+ full SAP implementation lifecycles.

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Syniti ADMM, including two end-to-end implementations.

• Expert-level knowledge in one or more SAP modules: FI, CO, MM, SD, PM, PP, PS.

• Strong SQL skills with a clear understanding of table structures and relational databases.

• Proven experience in data quality, data warehousing, and conversion planning.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred:

• Experience working in a client-facing/consulting environment.

• Familiarity with Agile tools like JIRA.
