About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Epic Owner to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale business and technical initiatives. In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for owning and driving complex, multi-team Epics within our Agile/SAFe framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives, seamless execution, and measurable value delivery. You will act as the primary leader for strategic initiatives, managing stakeholders, budgets, and timelines while navigating technical and business challenges.


Core Competencies:

  • End-to-End Project Management: Leading the complete lifecycle of major business and technical IT projects—from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.

  • Stakeholder Management: Engaging, aligning, and communicating effectively with C-level executives, business units, technical teams, and external partners to ensure project alignment and success.

  • Multi-Project Leadership: Simultaneously managing multiple large-scale, complex projects involving custom IT development, system integration, and digital transformation.

  • IT Development Project Delivery: Hands-on experience in projects involving software development, agile methodologies, and technology implementations within enterprise environments.

Results-driven professional with expertise in end-to-end project management and strategic stakeholder engagement. Proven ability to lead multiple concurrent, large-scale business/technical initiatives involving custom IT development—driving alignment, managing risks, and ensuring successful delivery from concept to deployment.
