About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic legal professional to join our Manufacturing Domain Consulting Group (MFGDCG) as a Senior Corporate Legal Counsel. This is a high-impact role where you will serve as a trusted legal advisor to multiple business units within a leading manufacturing conglomerate. The ideal candidate will combine deep legal expertise with a strong understanding of manufacturing operations and commercial pragmatism.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal advice and support to business stakeholders on a wide range of issues including commercial contracts, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

• Conduct internal investigations and provide support on litigation management, dispute resolution, and legal audits.

• Stay updated on evolving laws and regulations impacting the manufacturing sector.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Audit, Operations) to align legal strategy with business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: LL.B / LL.M from a recognized university. Additional qualifications like Company Secretary (CS) will be an advantage.

• Experience: 7 - 16 years of relevant post-qualification experience (PQE).

  • 7.1 - 9 Yrs: CTC ~ 20 LPA

  • 9.1 - 12 Yrs: CTC ~ 30 LPA

  • 12+ Yrs: CTC ~ 40 LPA
