Position : Senior Integration Consultant - Workday & ServiceNow HRSD

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday HCM and ServiceNow HRSD using the ServiceNow Integration Hub and Workday Spoke.

• Develop and transform data mappings using XSLT and XML for accurate and efficient data exchange between systems.

• Build, configure, and manage integrations using SOAP and REST APIs.

• Customize and optimize the Workday Spoke for ServiceNow to meet business requirements.

• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end integration solutions.

• Ensure integrations are secure, reliable, and performant, implementing authentication protocols such as OAuth and SAML where required.

• Provide technical support, troubleshoot integration issues, and maintain integration documentation.

• Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Workday, ServiceNow, and integration technologies.

  
  

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in integration development, specifically between Workday and ServiceNow HRSD.

• Proficiency in XML, XSLT, SOAP, and REST APIs.

• Mandatory hands-on experience with Workday Spoke for ServiceNow Integration Hub.

• Strong understanding of HR processes and data flow between HCM and HR service delivery platforms.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a hybrid setup.

• Strong communication skills and experience working in a consulting or global delivery environment.

  Nice-to-Have Skills

  Knowledge of authentication protocols like OAuth and SAML.
