Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Data Analyst to join our dynamic HILDCG team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise in SQL/Data Warehousing and deep domain knowledge in Healthcare. You will be responsible for analyzing complex healthcare data, building ETL processes, and providing actionable business insights to support critical decision-making for our healthcare clients. This role is pivotal in transforming raw data into strategic assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Write complex, optimized SQL queries on platforms like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server for data extraction and analysis.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines and Data Warehouse solutions.

• Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance with healthcare data standards and regulations

Must-Have Technical Skills:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in SQL (mandatory) with proficiency in PostgreSQL / MySQL / SQL Server.

• Proven experience in Healthcare Data Analysis (Payer/Provider data, Claims, EMR/EHR).

• Strong hands-on experience in Data Warehousing concepts (Star/Snowflake Schema) and ETL tools & processes.

• Solid experience in Business Analysis – requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.

Educational Qualification:

• BE / BTech / ME / MTech / MCA / MSc.

• UG Candidates: BSc / BCA graduates are eligible only if they possess above 6 years of relevant experience.

• Total Experience: 4 to 13 Years

• Job Levels & Compensation :

  • JL4: 4 - 6 Years → Up to 11 LPA

  • JL5: 6 - 9 Years → 15 to 20 LPA

    • 6 - 7 Years: 15 - 17 LPA

    • 7.1 - 9 Years: 20 LPA

  • JL6: 9+ Years → 30 to 35 LPA

    • 9.1 - 12 Years: 30 LPA

    • 12+ Years: 35 LPA
