Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Order to Cash (O2C) Lead Consultant with deep expertise in the Manufacturing domain. You will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and workstream lead, responsible for analyzing, designing, and transforming end-to-end O2C processes for our manufacturing clients. This is a client-facing, hybrid role combining strategic consulting, process excellence, and ERP solution expertise.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Order to Cash (O2C/Quote-to-Cash) process design, implementation, or improvement.

• Total experience of 5-13 years in a combination of roles: Functional Consulting, Business Process Re-engineering, or ERP Functional Lead within the Manufacturing industry.

• Deep understanding of manufacturing O2C nuances: Sales Order Management, Pricing, Credit Management, Shipping, Billing, Accounts Receivable, and Revenue Recognition.

Compensation & Career Progression

We offer a competitive compensation package aligned with experience:

• 4 - 6 Years: Up to ₹11 LPA

• 6 - 7 Years: ₹15 - 17 LPA

• 7.1 - 9 Years: Up to ₹20 LPA

• 9.1 - 12 Years: Up to ₹30 LPA

• 12+ Years: Up to ₹35 LPA
