We are seeking dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Sales Executives to join our team for outdoor sales in the areas of Bengal, Bihar, Orissa, Jharkhand, Assam, Uttar Pradesh, and Rajasthan.

The ideal candidates should possess excellent area knowledge, experience in sales, and the ability to generate new business. This role involves contacting existing customers, presenting and displaying products, and expanding our reach in the respective markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with existing customers to present and display products (garments - specifically Kurti).

• Generate new sales and business opportunities in the designated regions.

• Carry and showcase product samples to potential clients.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.

• Identify and explore new market opportunities within the assigned areas.

• Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

• Travel extensively within the designated area as per business requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 year of experience in sales, preferably in the textile or garment industry.

• Other acceptable industries are those that require channel/distribution sales such as medical, FMCG etc.

• Strong knowledge of the local market and geography in the designated areas.

• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers.

• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and a passion for sales.

• Good understanding of distribution channels and retail networks.

• Must be physically fit and willing to travel frequently.

• Ability to carry product samples and handle related logistics.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience).

• Incentive: Performance-based incentives, ranging from 10-40%of salary

• Travel Allowance (TA) and Daily Allowance (DA) as per company policy.

• Yearly Bonus based on performance and company policy.
