Position: Senior Associate - SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Consultant

• Location: Bangalore (Hybrid Model)

• Experience: 5 to 7 Years

• Budget: Up to 25 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) implementation projects from design to production deployment.

• Configure and manage trusted sources, and implement connectors (specifically Active Directory and Webservice/REST API connectors) for application onboarding.

• Develop and implement custom rules (BuildMap, Correlation, Attribute), transforms, and workflows to meet complex business requirements.

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements for identity management.

• Design and implement Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Governance, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) frameworks.

• Conduct thorough unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Manage the promotion of configurations and code from development to production environments.

• Collaborate with client stakeholders, architects, and security teams to ensure solutions align with best practices and business objectives.

  
  

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) with a strong focus on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).

• Proven experience in implementing SailPoint ISC, not just administration.

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).

• Programming knowledge in Java.

• Experience in a consulting or advisory environment.

• Relevant certifications (SailPoint Certified Engineer, etc.).
