About the Role

We are seeking experienced Smart Factory Consultants to join our Manufacturing Domain Consulting Group (MFGDCG). You will be at the forefront of digital transformation initiatives, helping manufacturing clients evolve into intelligent, connected, and data-driven enterprises. This role requires a unique blend of manufacturing operations expertise and IT/OT implementation experience, enabling you to bridge the gap between shop-floor realities and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate manufacturing business requirements into technical specifications for IT/OT solutions

• Design end-to-end Smart Factory architectures integrating OT systems with IT platforms

• Conduct digital maturity assessments and Smart Factory readiness evaluations for manufacturing clients

• Industrial IoT (IIoT) platforms and sensor networks

• Manage OT-IT integration projects (connecting PLCs, sensors, machines to enterprise systems)

Preferred Experience:

• Combined experience in manufacturing operations AND IT/OT implementation and Supply Chain functions.
