About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Java Solutions Architect to join our technology team. In this pivotal role, you will bridge business needs with technical execution, designing robust, scalable microservices architectures while providing technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle. You will be responsible for analyzing requirements, making critical technology decisions, and ensuring our systems align with strategic business objectives.

This is a hands-on architectural position where you will both design systems and mentor teams, requiring deep technical expertise coupled with strong analytical and communication skills.

Mandatory Qualifications

Technical Skills (Must Have)

• 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Java development and architecture

• Expert-level knowledge of Core Java (JDK 8/11/17) and object-oriented design principles

• Proven experience designing and implementing Microservices architectures

• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and distributed systems

• Experience with SQL databases (MySQL, Oracle, or similar)

• Demonstrable knowledge of design and architectural patterns

• Hands-on experience with UML modeling tools

• Knowledge of DevOps practices

• Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
