Job Description - Inside Sales Chat Process


  • Shift Timings: Rotational (6 days/week, rotational week-offs)

  • Language Requirement: Hindi & English mandatory

  • Key Responsibilities: Engage inbound customers via chat, recommend health packages, convert leads into bookings, maintain CRM data, and achieve sales targets.

  • Compensation: ₹17,000–₹20,000 fixed + ₹5,000 variable (CTC ~ ₹25,000/month).


We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Inside Sales Executive to join our growing

team in the chat-based sales process. In this role, you will engage potential customers via

live chat, understand their diagnostic needs, recommend appropriate services or health

packages, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. This is a semi-voice role ideal for

candidates with strong written communication skills and a customer-first mindset.


Key Responsibilities:

● Engage with inbound customer inquiries via chat

● Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate diagnostic packages or services.

● Educate prospects about the benefits, accuracy, and convenience of our diagnostic solutions.

● Convert chat leads into confirmed appointments or sales through persuasive selling techniques.

● Maintain detailed and accurate records of all chat interactions and outcomes using CRM tools.

● Follow up with leads who showed interest but did not convert, using predefined workflows.

● Collaborate with call center teams, lab coordination teams, and marketing for seamless customer experience.

● Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales conversion and productivity targets.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Science/Healthcare background preferred but not mandatory).

● Experience: 0–2 years of experience in chat support, inside sales, or customer service. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

● Excellent written English with clarity, grammar, and professional tone.

● Good understanding of the diagnostic/healthcare sector is a plus.

● Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and close sales efficiently.

● Proficiency in CRM platforms and basic computer literacy.

● Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed.
