Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in enterprise integration development

• Proven expertise with ServiceNow Integration Hub specifically using the Workday Spoke

• Strong experience with ServiceNow HRSD (HR Service Delivery) module

• Deep knowledge of Workday integration tools and methodologies

• Expert-level proficiency in:

  • XML/XSLT for data transformation

  • SOAP/REST APIs (Workday SOAP APIs and ServiceNow REST APIs)

  • Integration patterns and middleware concepts

• Experience with full integration lifecycle from requirements to deployment and support

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for debugging integration issues

Nice-to-Have Skills

Implementation experience with OAuth 2.0 and SAML 2.0 for secure authentication
