Position: Aftermarket Services and Warranty Lead – Manufacturing Domain Consulting

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Aftermarket Services and Warranty Management to join our Manufacturing Domain Consulting Group (MFGDCG). This strategic consulting role involves advising industrial OEMs and manufacturing clients on optimizing their field service operations, warranty management, and aftersales functions to drive profitability and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will transform service operations from cost centers into profit centers through data-driven strategies and industry best practices.

• Role Type: Full-time, Consulting

• Experience: 5-13 Years

• Location: PAN India (Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Trivandrum, NCR, Mumbai, etc.)

• Work Mode: Hybrid/On-site (as per client requirements)

Compensation Structure

• 4-6 Years: ₹11 LPA

• 6-7 Years: ₹15-17 LPA

• 7.1-9 Years: ₹20 LPA

• 9.1-12 Years: ₹30 LPA

• 12+ Years: ₹35 LPA

Educational Qualifications

• Mandatory: BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Automotive, or Electrical Engineering

• Preferred: MBA in Operations/Supply Chain (additional qualification)

• Acceptable: MCA, MSc (with relevant domain experience)

Domain Expertise

• Mandatory: Experience in OEM warranty management or aftersales function for industrial manufacturing or engineered products

• Industry Experience: Industrial machinery, automotive, aerospace, heavy equipment, medical devices, capital goods, electromechanical products

  
  

  Functional Experience: Must have hands-on experience in:

• Warranty claims processing and analysis

• Field service operations management

• Service parts and logistics

• Aftersales strategy or operations

• Service profitability analysis
