About the Role:

Join our Manufacturing Domain Consulting Group (MFG DCG) as an HCM Functional Consultant and be at the intersection of human capital processes and technology for leading manufacturing organizations. You will leverage your expertise in HCM suites (Workday, SAP, or others) to design, implement, and optimize solutions that address the unique challenges of the manufacturing sector—from shop floor time tracking to complex payroll for a unionized workforce. This is a client-facing consulting role where you will translate business needs into effective system configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or contribute to the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of HCM modules, specializing in Onboarding, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Management.

• Work directly with manufacturing clients to understand their specific HR and operational requirements, including shift management, labor compliance, production-linked pay, and shop floor data integration.

• Configure the HCM system (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Oracle HCM Cloud, or equivalent) to meet defined business processes.

Essential Skills

• Experience as a Functional Consultant implementing and configuring any major HCM platform (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Oracle HCM Cloud, etc.).

• Proven hands-on expertise in at least two of the following modules: Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance/Labor, Absence Management, or Onboarding.
