About the Role

We are seeking experienced Enablon Techno-Functional Consultants to join our growing Manufacturing Domain Consulting Group. You will be at the forefront of digital transformation, implementing and configuring the Wolters Kluwer Enablon platform to streamline Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) processes for our global manufacturing clients. This role is a perfect blend of technical configuration and functional process consulting, requiring you to translate complex EHS requirements into effective Enablon solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize core Enablon modules—primarily Incident Management, Health & Safety Management, and Environment Management—using the Enablon Configurator and other tools.

• Provide expertise in additional EHS modules such as Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, Product Safety, Compliance, and Audit Management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory Skills:

• 5+ years of overall experience in implementing and configuring the Enablon EHS platform.

• Proven techno-functional expertise: Deep understanding of EHS processes and the ability to configure them in Enablon.

• Hands-on experience with at least two of these core Enablon modules:

  • Incident Management (Investigation, Reporting, RCA)

  • Health & Safety (Permits, Observations, Risk Assessments)

  • Environment Management (Emissions, Waste, Sustainability Metrics)

• Strong experience with the Enablon Configurator, workflow design, and form building.

• Excellent communication and client-facing consulting skills.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (BE/BTech/ME/MTech), MCA, or MSc.
