About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EDI Business Analyst with deep expertise in the Healthcare domain and hands-on experience with the Edifecs platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and supporting EDI solutions for healthcare transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, interpret, and document business requirements for healthcare EDI processes.

• Design, configure, and implement EDI solutions using the Edifecs platform.

• Work extensively with HIPAA X12 transactions, including but not limited to:

  • 837 (Healthcare Claims)

  • 275 (Additional Information to Support a Claim)

  • 834 (Benefit Enrollment)

  • 277CA (Claims Acknowledgement/Advice)

  • 277 RFAI (Request for Additional Information)

  • 999 (Implementation Acknowledgement)

  • TA1 (Interchange Acknowledgement)

• Develop and maintain detailed mapping documents, process flows, and technical specifications.

• Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet business requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration with HIS (Hospital Information Systems) and other reporting systems.

• Manage project schedules, track tasks, and provide regular status updates.

• Create comprehensive documentation, including training manuals and process guides.

Educational Qualifications

• BE / BTech / ME / MTech / MCA / MSc

• For UG Candidates (BSc, BCA): Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in Healthcare EDI is mandatory.
