About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Domain Consultant / Business Analyst from the Paper & Pulp manufacturing industry to join our elite Manufacturing Domain Consulting Group. In this role, you will be the critical link between deep industry expertise and digital transformation initiatives. You will work directly with global clients to analyze their manufacturing processes, identify areas for improvement, and design technology-driven solutions that enhance efficiency, quality, and profitability across the pulp and paper value chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary domain authority on paper & pulp processes for consulting projects, pre-sales engagements, and solution design.

• Analyze client business processes across the pulp mill, paper machine, coating, finishing, and utilities to identify gaps and opportunities for optimization.

Experience & Salary Bracket

• 4 - 6 Years: Up to 11 LPA

• 6 - 7 Years: 15 to 17 LPA

• 7.1 - 9 Years: Up to 20 LPA

• 9.1 - 12 Years: Up to 30 LPA

• 12+ Years: Up to 35 LPA
