Job Description

We are looking for a Delivery Manager – Firewall & Network Security to manage the delivery and support of firewall services across enterprise environments. The candidate will coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure secure, stable, and timely firewall implementations and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of firewall services

• Coordinate firewall implementation, changes, and support activities

• Act as the primary interface between clients and technical teams

• Ensure firewall configurations follow security standards and best practices

• Track incidents, service requests, and SLA compliance

• Support troubleshooting and resolution of firewall-related issues

• Prepare service reports and delivery status updates

• Drive continuous service improvement initiatives

Mandatory Skills

• Experience with firewall technologies: Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Fortinet

• Strong understanding of networking and firewall concepts

• Experience in service or delivery management roles

• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
