Experience: 5 - 13 Years

Locations: PAN India (Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Trivandrum, NCR)

Work Mode: Hybrid/On-site as per project requirements

Salary Range (indicative):

• 4-6 years: ~11 LPA

• 6-7 years: ~15-17 LPA

• 7.1-9 years: ~20 LPA

• 9.1-12 years: ~30 LPA

• 12+ years: ~35 LPA

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to join our specialized Manufacturing Domain Consulting Group. You will lead the people-side of large-scale, complex transformations for our clients in the Manufacturing, Automotive, and Resources sectors. Your expertise will ensure that strategic initiatives are successfully adopted, delivering sustainable business value and minimizing disruption.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (BE/BTech/ME/MTech), MCA, or MSc. An MBA or PGDM is a plus.

• Experience: 5-13 years of dedicated OCM experience, with at least 4-7 years as an OCM consultant/lead.

• Sector Focus: Must have consulting or project experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, or Resources (Oil & Gas, Metals, Utilities).

• Methodology: Deep understanding of structured OCM methodologies (Prosci, Kotter, etc.).
