Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager – Data & Cloud Analytics to lead and scale data engineering and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS data services, Python, and BI platforms, along with proven people and project management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of data and cloud engineers

• Design, build, and optimize data platforms on AWS

• Work extensively with AWS services including Redshift, Lambda, and related data components

• Oversee development of scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Python

• Collaborate with analytics teams to deliver dashboards and insights using Power BI

• Ensure data reliability, performance, security, and cost optimization

• Drive best practices for cloud architecture, data governance, and engineering standards

• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and support career development

• Manage delivery timelines, risks, and dependencies

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience with AWS (Redshift, Lambda)

• Proficiency in Python for data processing and automation

• Hands-on experience with Power BI

• Experience leading engineering teams

• Solid understanding of data warehousing and analytics architecture
