Job Description

We are looking for a Site Infrastructure Demand Manager – OT to manage and coordinate infrastructure and security demands for Operational Technology (OT) environments. The role involves demand intake, prioritization, and coordination across networking, security, and system teams to ensure compliant and reliable OT infrastructure delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage demand intake, analysis, and prioritization for site infrastructure and OT-related requests

• Coordinate infrastructure projects across networking, security, and systems teams

• Act as the primary interface between OT stakeholders and IT infrastructure teams

• Track delivery milestones, dependencies, and risks for OT demands

• Ensure OT infrastructure aligns with security standards and regulatory requirements

• Maintain visibility of network, firewall, and system assets at site level

• Support audits and compliance activities related to OT standards and regulations

• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and documentation for management.

Mandatory Skills

• Experience in demand management or project coordination within IT infrastructure or security domains

• Strong knowledge of networking concepts: routing, switching, firewalls

• Good understanding of security controls and network devices

• Knowledge of system infrastructure: VMs, servers, and related assets

• Awareness of OT standards and regulatory requirements
