1. Resource with Telecom experience

2. Should have Rigger expertise & experience on Tower top activites.

3.Conducting site surveys to determine the best location for antennas and other equipment.

4.Installing and configuring RF cabling, connectors, and antennas.

5. Microwave Allignment, GSM Optimization by Tilts, Replacement of Radio Units & Base Band Units

5.Must have “Work at Height” experience - if FARM/RiseQ Training available, then onboarding will be quicker.
