Designation: Advisor (Credit Card Process)

Location: Ghansoli (Mahape- Navi Mumbai)

Experience: 1-3 yrs in sales (Preferably credit card)

Min Qualification: Graduate in any stream | HSC with minimum one year on-Paper Experience.

We are looking for young, energetic individuals with a strong passion for sales and achieving targets. The role involves promoting credit card products to potential customers via outbound calls and guiding them through the application process.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contact individuals and to pitch credit card offerings

• Explain products benefits, features, and eligibility criteria

• Handle objections and resolve customer queries.

• Follow up consistently to ensure conversations

• Record customer and transaction details and obtaining customer information

• Schedule callbacks where necessary and take timely follow-ups.

Basic Requirements:

• The candidate should be from a Sales background and has very good written and verbal communication skills.

• Relevant work experience in sales, tele sales, telemarketing or banking preferred.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer applications.

• Confident, Target-oriented and motivated by incentives.
